Parts of Southern Sonoma County have suffered large declines in single family home values over the past 12 months with a current 6.5-7 month supply of inventory available for sale due to the current credit crunch and mortgage meltdown (a 4 month supply is considered stable), unemployment is at a 5 year high at this point at 6.1 percent.
